Our hourly rate is $109/hour for one man and $135/hour for two men. Drain cleanings are a flat rate of $225 for small drain such as; kitchen, bath tub, or lavatory sink. For a main drain the fee is $425 and that includes a free camera.

Absolutely! Disposable gloves have always been used even prior to The Covid- 19 pandemic. All our trucks are equipped with disposable surgical masks and N-95 masks. We have hand sanitizer dispensers, disinfectant spray and wipes on every truck. Given the supply and demand issue regarding the N-95 masks we do ask customers to advise if they would prefer the use of N-95 masks vs surgical or fabric masks when performing your service. We do clean our truck cabs regularly and do our best to prevent exposure to ourselves and our customers.

Just because you have a main line stoppage does not always mean you need a sewer lateral replacement. Soft blockages can occur even in sewers that are in good condition. Our main line drain cleaning fee does include a free camera of your sewer lateral to determine condition and to recommend any needed intervention.

We find most wasted water comes from the toilet leaking from the tank into the bowl from a bad flapper. The flapper is the part in the tank that is lifted when the handled is pushed down to flush. It is made of a combination of plastic and rubber and can warp or deteriorate over time. This is normal maintenance in a home and is typically not due to any negligence. It is easy to test if you have a flapper leak. Place dark colored food coloring (we suggest red, green or blue) into your toilet tank. Let the toilet sit for 15 minutes untouched and return and see if the food coloring made it into the bowl with-out flushing. If the coloring is visible in the bowl. You have a flapper leak and it needs adjustment or replacement. Once your experiment is done, you can simply flush the food coloring away. If a flapper leak is not detected from the above “experiment” , you may need to call a professional to investigate further.
